You have 14 days to return your unworn items if they do not fit. Please complete the form below to initiate your return.

Where can I find my order ID?
Your Order ID is formatted like this: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx and is located in the top right corner of your order confirmation email and also included inside your parcel.
How long do I have to return an item, and can I exchange it?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to register a return. While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return your item within this timeframe and place a new order for the product you want.
What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Success team right away and take photos of the item before returning it. After we receive the photos and verify the issue, returns for wrong or damaged products are free of charge.
Is it free to return?
For standard returns, a return fee, starting from $18, will be charged. We’ll provide all the return labels you need, and the fee will be clearly displayed before you submit your return form.
When will I get my money back?
Once the shop has received your return, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed. After this, you can expect to receive your refund within 1-5 business days.
Return process

1. Register your return within 14 days of delivery

2. Pack the items in their original packaging and condition, with all tags still attached

3. Include the return slip inside the parcel

4. Attach the provided return label to the outside of the parcel. Please avoid using branded product boxes (e.g., shoe boxes) as shipping material—feel free to reuse the original Luxury Handbag Shop packaging

5. Drop off your parcel at the designated location within 14 days

6. Wait for your refund once we’ve processed your return
